ART MAFIA CLOSES RANKS!

I just received a letter from PEW the other day to inform me that applications for grants will now only be accepted via nominators. Since I have not received notification that I am a nominator – though I should be don't you think – and I don't know who they are because it is secret information, I assume there goes my last honest chance at a PEW FELLOWSHIP! And that is the whole reason I moved to Philadelphia from the UK in 1995. I am an Idiot obviously.
